1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing (Google & Meta Ads).
- Proven track record in managing large-scale lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of ad platforms, campaign structures, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in building insightful dashboards/reports.
- Excellent project management, time management, and team leadership abilities.
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a strong advantage.
- Agency experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory across various e-commerce marketplaces.
- Optimize product content, images, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, competitor activity, and marketplace trends.
- Assist in basic PPC campaign execution and performance tracking under guidance.
- Handle order processing, returns, and customer queries to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with the marketing and design team to improve product rankings and visibility.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies and algorithm changes to ensure compliance.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports on marketplace performance and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra Partner Portal, Nykaa Seller Platform, and eBay.
- Basic knowledge of PPC advertising (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines. - Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing agencies is a plus.

- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads for multiple clients, focusing on lead generation, eCommerce growth, and ROI.
- Effectively manage and optimize campaigns across platforms, including Google Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Oversee Google Merchant Accounts, Feed Management Tools (e.g., Feedonomics, GoDataFeed), and other advertising platforms.
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 performance marketers, ensuring effective collaboration and team productivity.
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously, delivering tailored strategies and measurable results for each.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate detailed reports, and share actionable insights with clients using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Super metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in the digital marketing ecosystem.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 5+ years of paid digital marketing experience in a digital marketing agency setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines and delivering results.
- At least 2 year of experience leading a team of 10-15 members.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and related platforms, including campaign optimization, audience targeting, and budget management.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Data Studio, and other performance-tracking tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a client-eccentric mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and consistently meet deadlines.
